I personally feel that the world would be a lot better if everyone lived by the ideas taught in Scouting. The 12 points of the Scout Law and ideas in the Scout Oath can be applied throughout your life. My dad, who earned his Eagle in 1986 can still recite both by heart and uses them to guide his life.
